For almost six months, Amur and I secretly planned this surprise for Sukpreet in the heart of Val dโOrcia, near Pienza. And when I say secretly, I mean really secretly. We even involved her friends to create a Pinterest board and help us discover all the little things she loved without her suspecting anything.
One thing was especially important: she wanted this moment to feel intimate and completely private. So instead of a public viewpoint, we chose a beautiful private panoramic location surrounded by the Tuscan countryside.
We created everything around her taste: warm sunset tones, soft pink and purple details, a romantic picnic with layered cushions, candles, flowers, fruits, berries and local cheeses, and a half-circle of white roses for the proposal.
When they arrived, Sukpreet was completely shocked. She had absolutely no idea what Amur had prepared for her. After the proposal, they enjoyed their picnic, and then we photographed them in the beautiful golden Val dโOrcia sunset.
And somehow, after six months of planning, it felt like meeting old friends. We ended up staying together for almost two extra hours, just talking and laughing. Such a beautiful connection and a proposal Iโll remember for a long time.
